Erstav once again shatters our preconceptions of how Electro, Breakbeats, Techno and Acid music should sound and he creates his own unique blend, utilizing his Modular production wizardry. On Further, his raw beats are augmented with stuttery arpeggiation, vocal clips and some warm baselines that bring it all together. Erstav is Marco Ravo, residing from north-eastern Italy and having a passions for Breakbeat, Sound Design, Techno, Punk, Power Electronics and a passion for music hardware respectively. His debut on Muti Music was the incredible experimental album, Cold War, which received massive acclaim. His sound is rooted in analog hardware and techno, always looking at emerging genres as new influences and diverse enough to merge the sounds unique to those genres.
