We are huge fans of Martin Luther King Jr. his stand for unifying people and equal rights for all, is as relevant today as it was in the 1960’s. It’s Martin Luther King Jr. day and we’re reminded of one of our favorite messages that he left with us, included in this tune by FreQ Nasty – #loveistheonlyanswer
The annual Earthdance Global Peace Party is a wild organic mix of events. Outdoor trance parties, destination music festivals, gatherings in parks, events in public spaces, concerts, club nights, nature campouts, flash mobs, and house parties, all connected online via social networks.
Electronic dance music, beats, and DJs are the foundation of most Earthdance events. But the music and performance genres represented are as diverse as the locations. From psytrance to neo-soul, dubstep to world music, fire spinning to belly dancing, the Earthdance vibe is vividly eclectic and fun. Earthdance is also a massive synchronicity generator, with all the connections and shared experiences made at Earthdance events around the world, over so many years.
All Earthdance events join in a synchronized Global Link-Up & Prayer for Peace. The Global Link-Up and playing of the Prayer for Peace music track, at the same time at all locations, is a profound moment of shared intention for peace. The link-up is an affirmation of peace on all levels – personal, family, community, nations, and peace with the Earth itself.
Earthdance is aligned with the UN International Day of Peace that takes place on September 21 each year.

Visual Atelier 8 caught up with Ape Suit and asked him about the tune ‘Eternity In A Hour (K-Hole)‘ from his new release ‘Stare Into The Void’.
Ape Suit is a person of few words, he tends to stay humbly working on fantastic tunes in the background, so it’s pretty incredible to get some insight about the tunes directly from the source, you can read the interview with him about the tune here. This tune is deep and might take you into the void with it, it turns out the void sounds like a pretty good spot to be, add the tune to your playlists now: https://orcd.co/stareintothevoid
Ape Suit has a new EP out and we’re stoked with this premiere and review from Thissongissick.com
The new beats are as deep as ever, leading to some true contemplative moments, both beautiful meditative and simultaneously satisfying for bass aficionados.
The Untz have been an incredible supporter for bass music for the past decade, many west coast artists got their first interviews or features with The Untz. The also published the interview with MiMOSA a couple years ago where he spoke about his personal battles. Here they are once again supporting the new release MiMOSA – 333 on their site this week, click on this link to read more of what they had to say here. This tune absolutely slams, add the tune to your playlists now: https://orcd.co/mimosa333
Thanks to Headbang Society for featuring MiMOSA – No Stopping on their site this week, they also gave a short interview with him about the tune here. This tune absolutely slams, add the tune to your playlists now: https://orcd.co/nostopping
Thanks to MusicFests365 for featuring Dov1 – GhettoTech on their site this week, you can read about it here. The new single is creating a buzz already and we also just dropped a video for it today too, Here is the story Dov gave us about the making of the video: “I had been thinking about how we could be entering a new ‘roaring twenties’ era and when I made this tune, I kept wiggling from side to side in my chair and I wanted to make some sort of visual representation for people on how they could move to these beats, as they are not necessarily a standard electronic music genre sort of beat, but they could work with Juke, Bounce, Drum & Bass, Electro etc, as they were inspired by all those sounds.
I started digging for dance party footage from the 1920’s and ended up finding dance footage all the way back to the 1890s, I also wanted to include movements from swing dancing as it has that great side to side wiggle, much like what I was doing in my chair while making the tune, anyway, the end product is what you see in this post. I hope you enjoy this journey into dance crazes of the past and help us create some new dance crazes of the future.”

Today is a huge day for both Muti Music and Producer Dojo.
MiMOSA drops Rock Bottom today, the single is the start of a series of forthcoming singles coming out monthly, all leading up to his album, 369 dropping in April of 2022. The tune draws influence from all forms of bass music that feature wobbles and stabs, this tune wubs and whomps hard in all the places, and if it doesn’t get your head bobbing or shaking in disbelief then we are concerned for your bassheadedness.
ill.Gates new album, The Arrival is out everywhere now, this album is heavy hitting, the sound design is next level, the melodies are infectious, the basslines come in hot and the production level pushes standards to new heights. This is bass music, taking things to undetermined spaces and formats, some would say experimental, and yet highly accessible at the same time. It will be hard to sit back and enjoy, as the beats will quickly have you bobbing up and down.
We also have a new EP by Ape Suit out today, this time it’s more on the heady half-time tip, think of Ivy Lab with a few more deep whomps and some sweet and gentle melodies, the swag is heavy with this one, but with the edges filed off and a little bit of sugar added. His music always hits those emotional notes and sits on some incredibly deep basslines and just the right amount of melody to getting you bobbing or humming along.
