Poj is a producer based in Paris and specializing in music that is strongly influenced by Halftime, Footwork, Jungle and Drum & Bass, he brings a unique flair to his sound that thus far also reflects elements of Dub and lush soundscapes. Out Of Space is his debut on Muti Music and we are thrilled to present this listening experience to you. While the beats maintain the groove of dubbed out footwork and halftime, the EPs overall sound is similar to a blend of Dub Techno with a strong prevalence of gradually developing melodies. His soft and gentle approach to percussion results in intricate percussive accents that increase and maintain the constant rhythm and flow of the EP. This is truly journey music, made for extensive listening and mindful headspace. We hope to be hearing a lot more from Poj, as this headspace is conducive to feelings of excited anticipation and simultaneously having complete satisfaction in the present state.
